Golf, Karaoke & Dining Reservations

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the booking = Full refund.

• Cancellations within 24–48 hours = 50% refund.

• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows = Non-refundable.

Hotel Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.

• 50% refund within 48 hours.

• No refund within 24 hours of check-in.

Events & Parties

• Deposits for private events are non-refundable.

• Balance refunds may be considered only if cancellation is 7+ days in advance.
