1. General Information
- Location & Services: Puttaya Glow is a premier entertainment and hospitality venue located in Pattaya, Thailand. Our facilities and services encompass glow-in-the-dark miniature golf, dining, karaoke, hotel accommodation, and private event hosting.
- Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse service, deny entry, or ask guests to leave the premises in cases of safety concerns, unacceptable behaviour, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
- Reservations: Bookings for golf, karaoke, dining, hotel stays, or events must be made through our official website or in person at the venue.
- Confirmation: A reservation is only considered confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been successfully processed and received by Puttaya Glow.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to amend or cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible to reschedule or request a discretionary refund.
3. Venue Rules and Code of Conduct
- Respectful Behaviour: We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Respectful behaviour towards our staff and fellow guests is strictly required at all times. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
- Age Restrictions for Alcohol: In strict compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 20 years and over. Our staff reserve the right to request valid photographic identification before serving alcohol.
- Outside Food and Beverage: The consumption of outside food or drinks on the Puttaya Glow premises is strictly prohibited.
- Property Damage: Guests will be held financially liable for any intentional or reckless damage caused to the venue, golf courses, karaoke equipment, or hotel property.
4. Health, Safety, and Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Guests voluntarily participate in glow golf and all other venue activities at their own risk. While we maintain our facilities to the highest safety standards, the nature of a dimly lit, glow-in-the-dark environment requires guests to exercise reasonable caution.
- Personal Injury: Puttaya Glow accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal injury sustained while on the premises, except where such injury is a direct result of our proven negligence.
- Personal Property: We strongly advise guests to keep their personal belongings secure at all times. Puttaya Glow assumes no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including items left in hotel rooms, karaoke booths, or on the golf course.
5. Intellectual Property
All content featured on the Puttaya Glow website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Puttaya Glow and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to Puttaya Glow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
